The Short Version

Keymesh is a service that helps you manage AI API keys. Use it responsibly. Don't do illegal things. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

What Keymesh Does

Keymesh is an AI infrastructure gateway that lets you create virtual API keys for your team, set budgets, and track usage across AI providers like OpenAI and Anthropic. We proxy your requests to these providers using your own API keys.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have valid API keys from the AI providers you want to use
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must comply with the terms of service of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• You must not use Keymesh for any illegal or harmful purposes
• You must keep your account credentials secure

Our Responsibilities

• We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure
• We will process your API requests and log usage accurately
• We will protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• We will notify you of significant changes to the service

Billing

Some features of Keymesh require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We bill monthly and you can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Keymesh charges for our service only. You are separately responsible for any charges from AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) based on your usage of their APIs.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or data loss.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. If we terminate your account, we'll try to give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of Liability

Keymesh's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
