• Account Information: Email address and name (via WorkOS authentication)
• Usage Data: API request logs including timestamps, model used, token counts, and costs
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and debugging

How We Use It

• To operate the Keymesh service and process your API requests
• To display your usage analytics and billing information
• To improve the service and fix bugs
• To communicate with you about your account

Who Has Access

We use the following third-party services to operate Keymesh:

• Cloudflare: Hosting and edge computing
• WorkOS: Authentication and team management
• Neon: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Upstash: Redis caching

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your usage logs for billing and analytics purposes. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

Your Rights
